Please be informed of the following guidelines on how we go about your new experience here at DC Medical Aesthetics. From personal protective equipment to medical grade disinfectants and air purification, we left no stone unturned to deliver on our promise that your safety is our top priority.

You can breathe easy in here with our state-of-the-art Intellipure system.

Over and beyond what is required, our space is now equipped with a best-in-class, medical grade air purification system which is proven to capture 99.99% of harmful viruses, fungi molds and bacteria, down to .007 microns in size. This system filters the air 6 times per hour, so you’re practically breathing “brand new air” every 10 minutes.

A secure virtual consultation via Zoom or FaceTime will be required prior to your in-clinic appointment. During the consult, your aesthetic goals will be discussed and a treatment plan will be set in place. This allows for minimal exposure and risk. To request a virtual consultation, please call us or submit your information under the “Contact Us” tab. The required forms, together with a COVID-19 screening questionnaire will be sent to you via email.

Please come alone. No companions, family members, kids and pets will be allowed in the clinic.

Upon arrival, please stay in your car and give us a call so we can let you know that your treatment room is ready. This is to make sure that the patient before you has already left and the area has been completely sanitized.

Masks are required to enter our facility and hand sanitizer will be readily available upon entry.

Please note that our waiting area and washrooms are not available for use at this time.

All treatments will be by appointment only. No Walk-ins. No Same Day Appointments.
